Job Summary
Liquid Technologies, a fast-growing software solutions provider, is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. Specializing in custom software development, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions, Liquid Technologies serves a broad range of industries. Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution. Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams—comprising developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders—will be a core part of your role.

Monitoring project progress closely, you will make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and proactively manage changes in project scope. Identifying risks early and implementing contingency plans will be essential to minimize disruptions. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, you will ensure clear and consistent communication.

You will conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintaining quality standards and ensuring final deliverables meet client expectations is critical. Additionally, you will facilitate retrospectives to drive continuous process improvements for future projects.

Utilization of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello to track and report on project health will be expected to maintain visibility and control over all project aspects.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. You should have between 3 to 6 years of project management experience within the software or IT industry.

Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is required.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or MS Project is necessary. Certifications like PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are considered advantageous and will strengthen your candidacy.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development best practices is preferred. Experience working with remote or distributed teams will be highly valued.

An understanding of UI/UX workflows and quality assurance processes will be beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also important to succeed in this role.
