Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator / IT Support Executive to join our regional office and warehouse team in Lahore. This role is crucial in maintaining the seamless operation of our IT support services by providing effective technical assistance and managing the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a proactive mindset to oversee hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
The IT Administrator will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining the performance of computer systems and networks to guarantee reliability is a key part of the role. The candidate will respond promptly to service issues and support requests from all departments, offering assistance either on-site or remotely.

Additionally, the role involves installing and managing MS Dynamics AX 2012 Client and POS systems, which are critical to our business processes. The candidate will also handle the installation and configuration of IP and CCTV systems, ensuring security infrastructure is well maintained.

Managing IT procurement is another important responsibility. This includes timely acquisition of necessary equipment and software to support operational needs. The IT Administrator will also be tasked with repairing and replacing IT equipment as required, including handling warranty claims to minimize downtime.

Setting up multimedia equipment such as projectors, laptops, microphones, amplifiers, and other audio-visual devices for meetings and conferences will be part of the daily duties. Collaboration with the wider IT team is essential, along with performing any additional tasks assigned to support the company’s objectives.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or BS in Information Technology or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT support roles is required, demonstrating practical expertise in managing hardware, software, and network systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, candidates with equivalent qualifications and experience will also be considered. This is a full-time position based in Lahore, requiring the candidate to be present on-site to effectively manage IT operations.

The monthly salary range for this role is Rs62,000 to Rs68,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
