Job Summary
Work Generations is looking for a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Project Admin & Support Executive to join our team for the evening shift. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build expertise in administration, client support, and project coordination across multiple domains. You will be instrumental in supporting both internal teams and international clients, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution. The position is based at KPZ Galaxy Mall, Bahria Intellectual Village, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities
You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across various departments, helping to keep workflows organized and efficient. Managing client communications through phone, email, and chat will be a key part of your role, requiring professionalism and clear communication skills. You will organize and maintain project documentation, schedules, and client databases to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Supporting projects sourced from Upwork and other freelancing platforms will be a significant responsibility. This includes maintaining and updating data using Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations. You will assist with tasks related to Social Media Management, LinkedIn Management, Lead Generation, and overall Project Coordination. Preparing and editing reports, documents, and presentations will also be part of your daily duties.
Staying informed about the latest digital trends, tools, and freelancing platforms is important to enhance project outcomes. You will be expected to demonstrate initiative and creativity to contribute to project success and client satisfaction. Additionally, general office duties such as record-keeping, filing, and data entry will be part of your routine. Providing ad-hoc support to other departments as needed will round out your responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
We encourage fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of relevant experience to apply. A strong command of spoken and written English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools is required to manage data and presentations efficiently.
You should possess excellent multitasking abilities and exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment is crucial. A professional demeanor, coupled with a high level of integrity and discretion, is expected.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
