Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Expert to lead and manage all digital marketing functions across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Content Writing, and Graphic Design teams. This leadership role demands ensuring that each department delivers high-quality, timely work that drives impactful campaigns aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. The successful candidate will oversee multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, optimize content strategies, maintain brand consistency, and focus on delivering measurable results that contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate digital marketing activities across SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, Content Writing, and Graphic Design teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and performance.
- Guarantee that all teams produce work that adheres to industry best practices and meets client or company goals.
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and boost website visibility.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content across websites, blogs, social media channels, and email marketing to engage target audiences effectively.
- Review and approve creative assets, content, and advertisements to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand presence.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate detailed reports, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing platforms, industry trends, and new technologies to keep the company’s strategies cutting-edge.
- Ensure all digital assets—including websites, Google My Business listings, and social media profiles—are current, optimized, and performing at their best.
- Communicate regularly with senior management or clients to provide updates on project status and campaign outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary digital marketing teams, with strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, and content strategy.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing roles.

- Salary Range: Rs110,000 to Rs120,000 per month
