Key Responsibilities
- Create SEO-optimized content across multiple formats such as blogs, social media posts, and videos using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage omni-channel content distribution and scheduling by implementing automated workflows within HubSpot, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.
- Collect and incorporate inputs to develop personalized content including newsletters, customer testimonials, and success stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize AI technologies to scale marketing content production, focusing on driving conversions, increasing engagement, and improving customer retention.
- Maintain strict alignment of all content with overarching strategic campaign objectives and broader business goals to maximize impact.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience creating marketing content in diverse formats, including long-form writing, social media, and video production.
- Proven expertise in using AI tools for marketing content generation, demonstrating comfort and proficiency with emerging technologies.
- Successful track record in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies during interviews and collaborative discussions.
- Experience managing content creation with a strategic mindset, avoiding purely operational or isolated tasks, and focusing on integrated marketing outcomes.
