Job Summary
LUNA Corporation, a well-established overseas employment and recruitment firm founded in 1976, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with specialized experience in manpower outsourcing for the GCC market. This role is critical in driving the company’s expansion across Gulf countries by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating enduring client relationships. The successful candidate will focus on growing LUNA Corporation’s presence within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and researching potential client companies throughout the GCC countries. This involves gathering relevant data and insights to target the right prospects effectively. Engaging directly with recruitment agencies, contractors, and employers in the Gulf region is essential to building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
Crafting professional introductory emails and tailored proposals to prospective clients will be a key part of the role. Developing and nurturing long-term B2B relationships will support sustainable business growth and ensure ongoing collaboration with clients.
Onboarding new client companies and recruitment agencies is another vital responsibility. The manager will establish and maintain recruitment partnerships that align with LUNA Corporation’s strategic goals. Additionally, actively promoting the company’s services and those of its affiliated entities within the target markets will help enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in business development or client acquisition within the manpower outsourcing or recruitment sector, specifically targeting GCC countries. A solid understanding of overseas employment procedures and regulations relevant to the Gulf region is essential to navigate the complexities of this market effectively.
Excellent communication skills, especially in email outreach and professional correspondence, are required. The ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset is critical for success in this role. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time position based in Lahore, with occasional travel required to attend meetings and client visits within the region. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs140,000, reflecting experience and performance.
