Job Summary
We are looking for a proficient .NET Developer with at least two years of hands-on experience working with the .NET Framework and C#. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline and have a demonstrated track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software systems. This role demands a strong grasp of software architecture and system design, ensuring that technical solutions effectively support business objectives. The position offers a fully remote work setup along with a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using C# and the .NET Framework, ensuring robust and maintainable software solutions. You will be expected to implement software architecture best practices, applying the MVVM (Model-View-View-Model) pattern and utilizing WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) for application development. Writing clean, optimized, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability is essential.

You will also be responsible for integrating APIs to facilitate seamless communication between software components. Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making will be crucial for troubleshooting and optimizing system performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is necessary to align software development efforts with overall business goals. Maintaining high standards of code quality through rigorous testing and code review processes will be a key part of your role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of professional experience working with the .NET Framework using C#. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field is required. Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software systems is essential.

Proficiency in C# programming is mandatory, while experience with Python will be considered an advantage. A solid understanding of software architecture, system design principles, and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs is critical. Experience with the MVVM design pattern and WPF application development is required.

Candidates should also have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system optimization techniques. Experience with API integration and development is necessary. An analytical mindset coupled with excellent problem-solving skills is expected. Commitment to delivering high-quality, performant, and reliable code is a must.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working in an agile development environment, particularly within a startup culture, is highly desirable. Candidates with an interest or skills in data science will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and technologies is a plus and will strengthen your application.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of Rs 200,000 to Rs 250,000 per month. The role is fully remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance. The application deadline is June 28, 2025.
