Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Industrial Designer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing cutting-edge products that meet customer needs while integrating advanced technology seamlessly. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for industrial design, a keen understanding of current market trends, and a proven track record of delivering successful products within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and marketing professionals, to develop innovative and visually compelling product designs. Your work will begin with creating initial concept sketches, renderings, and 3D models that effectively communicate design ideas, focusing on user experience, functionality, and manufacturability.

Using CAD software and rapid prototyping tools, you will produce detailed 3D models and functional prototypes for testing and validation. Conducting thorough research to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive products will be essential to drive design innovation.

You will actively participate in user testing and research activities, gathering feedback to refine designs and enhance usability, functionality, and overall user satisfaction. Staying updated on the latest advancements in industrial design, materials, and manufacturing processes is critical, as you will integrate new technologies and best practices into product development.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets will be part of your daily responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining accurate documentation of design specifications, materials, and production processes is required.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Industrial Designer within the tech industry, particularly focusing on consumer products or electronic devices, is required.

A strong portfolio showcasing diverse, creative, and user-centered design solutions—especially for technological products—is essential. Demonstrated skills in product design sketches and concept illustrations are expected.

Proficiency in design software such as SolidWorks, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Keyshot, and Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory. You should have solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, including plastic injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, and electronic assembly.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to present and justify design concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities will help you balance aesthetic, technical, and functional design considerations.

You must also demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with human factors and ergonomics in product design, along with an understanding of usability principles and experience conducting user research and testing, is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with at least one year of industrial product design experience are preferred. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
