Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Assistant Sales Manager – Technical Engineer to join our team in Lahore, based at our DHA Phase 8 office. This full-time position requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to support business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing client relationships, providing technical consultations, and assisting with project proposals and quotations. This role is vital for driving business growth in the region by aligning customer needs with tailored technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Manager in identifying new business opportunities and managing key client accounts to ensure sustained growth. A deep understanding of client requirements is essential to deliver customized technical solutions, especially in the fields of energy, solar, or industrial engineering products. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition to clients.

Collaboration with the engineering team is crucial to develop accurate proposals, quotations, and system designs that meet client expectations. You will support the sales process by addressing technical queries promptly and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution teams. Conducting site visits for technical surveys or product explanations will also be part of your duties.

Maintaining up-to-date CRM entries, sales reports, and client communication logs is necessary to track progress and ensure transparency. Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in products and technology will help you maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to the team.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. A minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in technical sales is required, preferably within the solar, energy, or industrial equipment sectors. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for clients in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is required, while familiarity with design or simulation tools such as PVSyst is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, highly organized, and possess excellent time management skills. Having own transport is preferred to facilitate client visits and provide field support efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role is based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, and requires in-person attendance. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The monthly salary ranges from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
