Job Summary

BackTech, a leading provider of backend solutions supporting U.S.-based businesses, is looking for a skilled GHL Expert / CRM Expert to join our Karachi team. We specialize in advanced operational services including transaction monitoring, reconciliations, reporting, and business analytics. As part of our growth strategy, we are enhancing our marketing, sales, and customer relationship management by leveraging CRM systems and marketing automation tools like GoHighLevel (GHL). This full-time, in-office role requires working U.S. business hours from 8 PM to 5 AM, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing the GoHighLevel CRM platform. This includes managing workflows, pipelines, tags, triggers, and campaigns to effectively track and convert internal leads. Maintaining CRM data hygiene is critical to ensure records are clean, organized, and consistent, enabling accurate reporting and performance analysis.

Designing and managing high-converting sales funnels, email sequences, SMS campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows will be a core part of your role. You will continuously optimize marketing campaigns to boost engagement, conversion rates, and lead nurturing outcomes.

Developing and implementing lead generation strategies using both inbound methods (such as email marketing, content marketing, and social media) and outbound techniques (including cold outreach) tailored to BackTech’s business development needs is essential. You will build and manage automated workflows to streamline lead nurturing, internal follow-ups, and sales communications.

Identifying opportunities to automate internal marketing and sales processes to enhance operational efficiency will be expected. You will track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, funnel effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and CRM activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Managing integrations between GoHighLevel and other internal tools—such as email platforms, reporting systems, and VoIP—is part of the role, along with troubleshooting and resolving any integration issues. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams is necessary to manage GHL campaigns, automations, and lead generation initiatives effectively.

Additionally, you will provide training and support to team members to ensure the effective use of CRM tools and automation features.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM and at least 1 year of experience working with international clients or markets. A strong understanding of CRM systems, sales funnels, and lead generation workflows is essential.

You should have a proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and automation, with proficiency in both inbound and outbound marketing strategies. Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, and data reporting is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication in English, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure are critical. Staying current with digital marketing trends and GoHighLevel platform updates is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience with API integrations and troubleshooting is highly desirable, along with skills in content marketing and landing page optimization. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and reporting dashboards will be an advantage.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs150,000.
