Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Principal to lead the academic and administrative operations of a well-established school located in Sohawa Village. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both morning and evening shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching, maintaining discipline, and driving student performance. The Principal will also provide strong support to teaching staff and maintain close coordination with the Head Office to ensure compliance and effective academic planning.

Key Responsibilities
The Principal will oversee all academic and administrative functions across both shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Maintaining and promoting high standards of teaching and discipline is critical, alongside fostering overall student achievement. The role involves supervising and supporting teaching staff in curriculum implementation and co-curricular activities to enhance the educational experience. Regular communication with the Head Office is essential for reporting, compliance adherence, and academic planning. Additionally, the Principal will be responsible for implementing school policies effectively and cultivating a progressive and inclusive school culture that supports student growth and staff development.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have between 3 to 5 years of experience serving as a Principal in a reputable school system. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with staff, students, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven capability in managing dual shifts efficiently while maintaining high educational standards.
