Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy by managing cash transactions, preparing accurate bills after thorough prescription review, and maintaining precise inventory records. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately handle cash transactions and generate bills only after carefully verifying prescriptions to ensure correctness.
- Maintain and monitor pharmacy inventory by tracking stock levels, placing timely orders to replenish supplies, and removing pharmaceutical items approaching expiration to uphold safety standards.
- Manage panel patient accounts by processing panel billing efficiently and coordinating with the corporate department to resolve any billing discrepancies or queries.
- Verify demands for pharmaceutical items and ensure all stock transfers are executed correctly according to transfer notes, maintaining inventory integrity.
- Follow all pharmacy workflows and standard operating procedures meticulously to guarantee operational efficiency, compliance, and accuracy in daily activities.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; however, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred to support a deeper understanding of pharmaceutical processes.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician, demonstrating proficiency in pharmacy operations and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients, colleagues, and corporate teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and problem resolution.
