Job Summary
Sofstica Solutions is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join their Karachi office on a full-time, onsite basis. Key Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual content such as social media posts, banners, flyers, hiring advertisements, and other promotional materials that highlight both Sofstica Solutions’ products and brand identity. Image retouching and manipulation to enhance visual appeal will be a regular task. The role requires proficient use of graphic design software to work with diverse media formats effectively. Collaboration is key, as the designer will work closely with the Design Lead and Digital Marketing Lead to develop creative concepts and refine designs based on constructive feedback. This ensures that all visual outputs align with the company’s marketing goals and brand standards.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally possess an educational background in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Communication Design. Experience ranging from entry-level to up to three years is acceptable, with preference given to those who have worked in product-focused environments. Proficiency in essential design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, MidJourney, and Canva is required. A solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals—including layout composition, typography, line work, and color theory—is necessary to produce visually compelling work. Familiarity with additional software like Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is also important. Exposure to 2D animation is considered a valuable asset. Beyond technical skills, applicants must demonstrate strong creative thinking and analytical abilities to solve design challenges effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
