Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast-paced team specializing in fintech, banking, crypto, and digital identity sectors. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by proactively identifying new opportunities and generating high-quality leads through targeted outreach efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance pipeline development, maintain impeccable CRM practices, and stay current with industry compliance trends such as KYC and AML.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for researching and uncovering new business opportunities within the fintech, banking, crypto, and digital identity markets. This includes conducting outbound prospecting through various channels such as email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate qualified leads. You will qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and specific pain points, ensuring only the most promising prospects move forward.

Scheduling product demonstrations and discovery calls for Account Executives or Business Development Managers will be a key part of your role. Maintaining accurate records of all activities, tracking lead progression, and ensuring CRM hygiene using platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce is essential. You will work closely with marketing and sales colleagues to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and lead nurturing workflows to maximize conversion rates.

Staying informed about compliance trends related to KYC, AML, and digital identity is critical to align sales conversations effectively and build trust with prospects in regulated industries.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in SaaS sales or lead generation, ideally within compliance, regtech, or fintech sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a persuasive and confident approach to outreach. Proficiency with outbound email tools such as Outreach or Lemlist, and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, is required.

Excellent research and profiling skills are necessary to identify and engage the right buyer personas effectively. The ability to consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including qualified meetings and response rates, is expected. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience selling to clients in financial services, crypto, or other regulated industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with compliance tools, including KYC/AML and Identity Verification solutions, will be advantageous. A solid understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and best practices for Sales Development Representatives will help you excel in this role.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs175,000 per month, complemented by performance-based commissions.
