Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced technician specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of refrigerant appliances, including refrigerators, deep freezers, and dispensers. Additionally, expertise in servicing diverse air conditioning units such as split systems (both single phase and three phase), floor-standing units, ceiling-suspended models, and fan coil systems is essential. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary within the range of Rs35,000 to Rs55,000.

Key Responsibilities
The technician will be responsible for performing hands-on troubleshooting and repairs on all types of refrigerant equipment. This includes refrigerators, deep freezers, and dispensers, ensuring these appliances operate efficiently and reliably. Diagnosing and resolving faults in various air conditioning systems is a critical part of the role. The candidate will work with split air conditioning units (both single and three phase), floor-standing units, ceiling-suspended models, and fan coil systems.

Timely and effective maintenance is vital to minimize equipment downtime and optimize performance. The technician will be expected to conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all services and repairs performed is also required, ensuring transparency and accountability in all work conducted.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum educational qualification of Intermediate level. A strong practical background is essential, with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Additionally, completion of a recognized short course or diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (R-Ac) technician training is mandatory to ensure a solid technical foundation.
