We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the management and coordination of all phases of project lifecycles. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers to track progress, manage resources, and maintain thorough documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This role demands strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset for problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Effective communication with internal teams and clients is essential to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Assist in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met according to the project plan.

Communication: Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, fostering clear and consistent communication to support seamless project delivery.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain key project documents such as plans, schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes to ensure accurate tracking and compliance.

Task Management: Support Project Managers or Marketing Managers in overseeing resources, budgets, and schedules. Monitor project progress to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues during the project lifecycle and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Help resolve project-related challenges as they arise.

Quality Control: Participate in quality control checks and reviews to ensure projects meet established standards and compliance requirements.

Client and Stakeholder Support: Assist in managing client and stakeholder inquiries, helping to maintain expectations and ensure satisfaction.

Team Support: Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the project team, including coordinating meetings, workshops, and project reviews as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in industries such as IT software development or marketing.

Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in budget tracking and resource management is a plus. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is also preferred.
