Junior FrontEnd Developer (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Junior Frontend Developer to join our team on a night shift schedule from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am. This full-time, in-person role is based in PECHS Block 2 and offers a monthly salary between Rs40,000 and Rs50,000. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in frontend development and a strong portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating at least two real-world projects currently in production. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain user-facing features using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Implement responsive designs with Flexbox, Grid, and media queries to ensure seamless display across various devices. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and comply with accessibility standards, including basic WCAG 2.1 guidelines. Optimize frontend performance to deliver fast and efficient user experiences. Utilize CSS preprocessors such as SASS/SCSS or LESS, along with frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap, to build scalable and maintainable stylesheets. Apply CSS methodologies like BEM or similar approaches to keep styles organized. Collaborate closely with designers using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including code reviews and writing clean, maintainable code.

Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in frontend development. Proven experience with at least two production-level projects showcased in a portfolio or GitHub. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles. Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as SASS/SCSS or LESS, and utility-first or component-based CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly. Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies. Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 8:00 pm to 5:00 am. Reliable commute to the office location at PECHS Block 2.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js or Nuxt.js is a plus. Knowledge of SEO best practices for Single Page Applications (SPAs) will be advantageous. Familiarity with animation libraries like GSAP or Framer Motion is desirable. Understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) concepts is beneficial. Basic backend knowledge, particularly with Node.js and Express, will be considered an asset.
