Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of using financial analysis tools and ERP systems is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity in financial reporting.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and accounting tools.
