Telemarketing Agent

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated 3 Telesales Agent (1 Female & 2 Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales. The role requires a confident and persuasive communicator who is committed to achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company services and generate sales leads.
Maintain a database of customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and close deals effectively.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and previous sales calls to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and promotions.Attractive Commission on Sales
Provide feedback to the team or manager regarding customer preferences, feedback, and market trends.
Manage time efficiently to maximize the number of calls made and sales closed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer service/sales role (preferred).
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good listening skills and the ability to identify customer needs.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
