Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team on-site and support in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work US-aligned hours (fully or partially overlapping).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules to align with business needs.
Work with core Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Procurement, CRM, and HR.
Implement custom workflows, automation, and reporting within Odoo.
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via APIs and Web Services (preferred but not mandatory).
Perform basic Odoo deployment & maintenance on Linux-based servers (no advanced sysadmin tasks).
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo functionalities for efficiency.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Develop Odoo reports (PDF, XLS, and dashboards) to meet business needs.
Provide technical documentation and user training as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development.
Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and QWeb.
Good understanding of Odoo ORM, module customization, and workflows.
Experience with Odoo configuration, user roles, and security settings.
Ability to work with Git for version control (basic proficiency expected).
Basic knowledge of Linux commands for Odoo deployment (not advanced system administration).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication skills (English) – ability to interact with international clients.
Willing to work US-aligned hours or overlap with US time zones.

People having the folliwing expertise are also eligible to apply:

Experience working with Odoo.sh and Odoo Enterprise Edition.
Knowledge of Odoo API and Web Services for integrations.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, warehouse management, or supply chain processes.
Understanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap).
Experience with Docker & CI/CD pipelines (a plus, but not required).
