General Role Requirements

Requirement:
- Build connections to be able to invite celebrities on the show (having connections in place would be a bonus).
- Identify and research potential guests that align with the show's theme, audience interests, and social media strategy.
- Develop a curated list of experts, celebrities, and influential figures to invite.
- Craft personalized outreach messages to invite guests, highlighting the show's value and audience impact.
- Manage communication with them to coordinate timing, episode details, briefings, etc.
- Research on the guests to prepare relevant themes, topics, and questions for the episodes.
- Work closely with the social media teams to ensure guest appearances align with the overall strategy and promotional goals.
