- Welcome clients and offer them refreshment.
- Dealing with inquiries by phone/email/in person
- Answering and forwarding phone calls(Follow ups and status of the shipment)
- Communicate with the clients and employees, and respond to any complaints.
- Calling customers for pick up collection of shipment.
- Attending customers for collection of shipment and follow up for payment.
- Send announcement to all customers
- China Shipments. Sea and Air Freight
- Booking and receiving. Confirmation of orders and pick up charges.
- Confirmation of rates from the sales persons and customers.
- Filing documents.
- Preparing report for loading plan.(CHINA)
- Managing social media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok)
