We’re seeking a creative, resourceful, and brand-conscious individual to help us find and develop a premium office space in Karachi that reflects our company’s elite vision.
This role involves identifying top-tier office locations, evaluating buildings for their brand fit, and planning interior themes and aesthetics that create an impactful client and employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesScout and shortlist ideal office locations (DHA, Clifton, Bukhari Commercial, etc.)
Evaluate properties based on branding potential, accessibility, layout, and building quality
Suggest office space layouts and interior design themes that reflect modern, high-end branding
Coordinate with real estate agents, building managers, and interior vendors
Plan furniture layout, reception design, lighting, logo display areas, etc.
Ensure the space creates a strong impression on clients and motivates employees
Suggest subtle branding elements (music, scent, signage, mood lighting)
Experience in commercial office setups or branding-related projects
Strong eye for aesthetics and modern interior design
Familiar with Karachi’s elite commercial zones
Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills
Background in real estate, architecture, branding, or operations is a plus
Project manager mindset – can work independently and deliver results on time
