As an Inbound Sales & Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional service to our customers, and driving sales. Your duties will include:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries
- Identifying sales opportunities and recommending relevant products or services
- Upselling and cross-selling to enhance the customer experience
- Resolving customer concerns and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Documenting customer interactions and ensuring all inquiries are logged accurately
- Meeting sales targets and key performance metrics
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with the sales and customer care teams to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or inbound sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in inbound sales within a call center environment
- Bilingual skills (if applicable)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
