We need a creative Social Media Manager to make me stand out on Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more! This is a personal hire (not tied to my company), and you’ll focus 100% on building my online presence, creating viral-ready content, and engaging audiences to elevate my personal brand.
Responsibilities
1. Multi-Platform Social Media Management
- Post Daily: Create and schedule engaging content (3-5 posts/week per platform).
- Design Graphic: Use Photoshop/Canva for eye-catching images (e.g., sales tips, industry trends, behind-the-scenes).
- Edit Video: Trim, caption, and polish short videos (TikTok/Reels) using CapCut/Premiere Rush.
- Engage Audience: Reply to comments/DMs on all platforms (in fluent English).
2. Content Strategy
- Research trends (hashtags, sounds, formats) for TikTok/Instagram Reels.
- Grow followers and track metrics (engagement, shares, profile visits).
- Write catchy captions that reflect my sales expertise and personality.
3. Daily Reporting
Share a daily update of posts, engagement stats, and ideas for improvement.
Platforms You’ll Manage
- TikTok/Instagram Reels: Create trending short-form videos.
- Facebook: Share industry insights and client testimonials.
- WhatsApp Status/Stories: Post quick updates for professional contacts.
- LinkedIn: Publish polished articles and carousel posts.
- X (Twitter): Engage in industry conversations.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- Fluent English(to write captions and engage professionally).
- Proficiency in Photoshop/Canva (for graphics) and basic video editing tools.
- Creativity to brainstorm viral content ideas (memes, trends, hooks).
- Familiarity with TikTok/Reels trends and algorithms.
- No Education Required: Show me your portfolio, not your degree!
- Personality: Self-starter, trend-savvy, and obsessed with growth.
