Responsibilities:
- Search and bid on relevant PHP and WordPress projects on Upwork daily
- Write custom, professional proposals tailored to each job
- Understand client requirements and discuss project scope in chat
- Forward qualified leads and responses to the technical team
- Maintain a log of bids, replies, and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat work
