The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Zoho Books and Shopify and will streamline processes across finance, inventory, and operations to support business growth.

Manage financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations, using Zoho Books, Quick books Online·
Monitor cash flow and expenses to ensure financial efficiency.·
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with inventory operations to track inventory valuation and costs.
Maintain accurate inventory records across Zoho Books and Shopify, ensuring system synchronization.
Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and place orders to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
Optimize inventory processes to reduce costs and improve turnover.
Ensure accurate SKU setup, product categorization, and inventory tracking on Shopify.
Oversee daily business operations, ensuring workflows between Zoho Books and Shopify are seamless.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely procurement and delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory, order fulfillment, and system integration.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
Support scalability efforts by identifying and addressing inefficiencies in operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Proven experience in financial management, inventory control, and operational roles.
Must have experience in Zoho Books, Shopify (any other e-commerce platform),
Quick books Online and inventory management systems.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
