Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, transportation, and tour packages
Coordinate and confirm reservations for accommodation, local tours, and other travel services
Serve as a tour guide when needed, offering local insights, cultural background, and historical context
Develop and propose customized travel itineraries based on clients’ interests and budgets
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, friendly, and accurate information
Ensure that all travel arrangements comply with the client's needs and preferences
Maintain updated records of bookings, payments, and customer profiles
Collaborate with hotels, transport companies, and local tour operators to secure the best deals and experiences
Support clients before, during, and after their trips to resolve any issues or changes
Stay informed about local attractions, events, travel advisories, and tourism trends
