We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR Manager to join our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of current HR best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure  compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Manage employee data and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships    at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
