• The applicant will be responsible for overseeing the process of business development within the company.
  • Their duties will include working closely with other company executives and management teams,
  • Meeting with potential business partners,
  • Maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with ideas that can bring in new business and help boost the business name.
  • This is a multi functional role so the duties will include administrative duties but will mainly focus on sales activities and bringing in new business and via various methods including visits, cold calling etc.
  • Applicant has to be fluent in English as they will have to receive phone calls send emails and do client visits etc.
  • The applicant must be well groomed and at least prove that they have a successful past in real estate sales and they are capable of closing sales, they at the very least have the know how of the text book sales techniques.

It is highly preferred that the Applicant has their own Pipeline as it might help them bring in some sales in the initial

Education: It is very important that the person has at the very minimum a bachelors degree in a related field, masters students are preferred.  

Salary: We are offering a state of the art facility for our employees to work in our team is very supportive the salary is very good (100,000 - 150,000) can go higher it all depends on the applicant and their capabilities  there will be a three month probation in which the performance will be judged purely on the basis of how much business has been brought in before securing a permanent position with us.    

Duties and responsibilities

  • For the role of Business Development Executive, the ideal candidate should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new business.
  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
  • Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM
  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
  • Developing rapport with key decision makers
  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
