Commercial Processing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Processing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations, managing product processing, and leading a dedicated team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement processes for yarn, fabric, and conversion.
Ensure smooth and efficient product processing while maintaining quality standards.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of required materials.
Lead and motivate the commercial processing team to meet performance targets.
Develop and implement strategies for cost-effective procurement and resource optimization.
Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education: Graduate in a relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in the textile industry, with expertise in procurement and processing of yarn and fabric.

Skills:

Strong product knowledge in textiles.
Hands-on experience in procurement and conversion.
Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
