PPC Manager - Greige Fabric

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC Manager for our Greige Fabric production department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in production planning and control (PPC) within the textile industry, specifically focused on greige fabric. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans for greige fabric, ensuring alignment with customer demand and production capacity.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to streamline the production process.
Monitor and control production processes to meet quality standards and cost efficiency.
Prepare and maintain accurate production schedules, tracking progress, and adjusting plans as necessary.
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and take corrective actions.
Forecast and manage raw material requirements to avoid production delays.
Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient stock control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality controls.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the textile industry, preferably with greige fabric.
In-depth knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and process optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
