Operations Officer

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated “Operations Officer" with a strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and logistics management to handle night shift (US Time Zone) operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to meet business objectives and customer expectations.
Utilize BPO expertise to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall operational performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance.
Provide guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in Logistics & Supply Chain. Having a background in BPO or related fields will be a significant advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of industry best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
