We specialize in providing top-notch travel solutions, targeting both Pakistani and international clients based in Canada. Our services include airline ticketing, and customized Umrah and Hajj packages, and we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Selling and making airline tickets and travel packages to customers - requires good experience of saber system
Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.
A positive and pleasant demeanor, capable of building rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while also being a team player.
Handle airline ticketing procedures with precision and accuracy.
Engage with customers using a convincing and pleasant communication style.
Provide excellent customer service by being forthcoming, engaging, and proactive in addressing client needs.
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Utilize the Sabre ticketing system to manage bookings and optimize ticket sales.
Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices/fares.
Determine clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages and services.
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets.
Advise travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday information.
Collect deposits and balances from clients.
Use promotional techniques and materials to sell itineraries/tickets and tour packages.
Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for refunds as per airline policies and rules
Follow up on leads and actively contribute to increasing the sales of tickets and Umrah and Hajj packages.

Qualifications:

Proficient in airline ticketing procedures and experienced in using the Sabre ticketing system.
Honest, well-behaved, and eager to learn and grow within the role.

Lahore: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
