HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship will provide exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about people management.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Help with payroll, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
