National Sales Manager - Retail Distribution

The company is located in Islamabad, Pakistan, offering a range of culinary experiences to its customers.

Role Description

Develop targets for key accounts within the allocated region and meet regularly with the retailers/customers to track, monitor, and report on the performance against the agreed targets
Work closely with retailers/customers to identify any product-related or sales-related issues and provide feedback to the relevant team internally
Act as the first point of contact for key retailers/customers to assist in resolving issues and collecting payments, and follow up with logistics to ensure delivery of products as per the agreed timelines
Ensure the availability of quality products in the market
Identify, pursue and build robust business relationships with key retailers/customers across the allocated region
Identify and expand KC presence in underserved markets using market intelligence
Provide specific feedback to the BDM and Marketing team on the performance of new and existing product categories or any product related issues that may arise in the region
Track, monitor and report on actual spend for the allocated region with details of any variances against the allocated regional budget
Attend regular reviews with the BDM to report actual sales vs allocated targets and highlight any issues that may hinder the achievement of agreed targets
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor performance and evolving consumer preferences
Prepare and submit regular management sales reports for the allocated region
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
