Project Planning Developing detailed project plans, outlining goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Project Implementation Overseeing project implementation activities, ensuring that activities are being carried out efficiently and effectively.
Budget Management Managing project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits, and allocating resources as required.

Children Without Borders (KnK) is an international cooperation NGO established in Japan in 1997.
