We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Admin & HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and human resources operations. Fluency in both English and Urdu is essential for effective communication within a bilingual work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll and attendance tracking
Organize and manage office administrative procedures
Draft correspondence, reports, and official communications in both English and Urdu
Liaise with internal departments and external partners as needed
Coordinate training sessions and staff development activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a multicultural or bilingual environment.
