Need a professional Sales Engineer who combines technical expertise with sales skills to understand customer needs, present complex solutions, and close deals by providing in-depth product knowledge and demonstrating how a company's technology can address specific customer challenges, typically in a business-to-business (B2B) environment; acting as a bridge between the sales team and technical aspects of the product or service. 

Key responsibilities of a sales engineer:

Technical Consultation:

Provide detailed technical information about products or services to potential customers, explaining features, and functionalities, and addressing technical concerns. 

Needs Analysis:

Assess customer requirements and pain points to identify the most suitable solutions that align with their specific needs. 

Solution Design:

Develop customized proposals and configurations based on customer needs, including system design, cost analysis, and implementation plans. 

Product Demonstrations:

Conduct live product demonstrations, showcasing key features and benefits to potential clients. 

Technical Presentations:

Deliver presentations to technical audiences, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. 

Sales Support:

Collaborate with sales representatives to qualify leads, answer technical questions during the sales cycle, and close deals. 

Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical contacts at customer organizations. 

Competitive Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's products. 

Required Skills:

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the product or service being sold, including technical specifications, functionality, and applications. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence in delivering compelling presentations to potential clients.
