We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our LED lighting sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B/B2C sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for energy-efficient lighting technologies.
You’ll be responsible for building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for LED products (SMD, COB, Panels, Floodlights, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities in retail, commercial, and industrial sectors
Manage distributor/dealer networks and corporate clients
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Lead and mentor the sales team to meet monthly targets
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product promotions
