Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to represent our design, development, and marketing services in the U.S. market. If you have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the digital services industry, this role could be a perfect fit. Prior experience in selling design, web development, and marketing solutions is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire new clients for design, development, and digital marketing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the USA.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate the value of our services to meet client needs.
Collaborate with the project management and creative teams to ensure successful project execution.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline management, and forecasts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market changes.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience: Ideally, you have a background in selling design, development, or marketing services.
Excellent communication skills: Ability to present confidently and convey value effectively.
Strong negotiation skills: Proven ability to close deals and navigate client objections.
Industry knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, and design processes.
Independent and time-efficient: Capable of working autonomously and meeting deadlines.
CRM experience: Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus.
U.S. market familiarity: Understanding of U.S. client expectations and culture is highly preferred.
