We are seeking an experienced Building Inspector with experience in Housing Society for a Wah-based project.
- Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site.
- Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed is as per specifications.
- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
- Manage, monitor, and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
- Responsible for ensuring safe construction practices in the storage and movement of tools, equipment, and material, the adoption of safe work practices by all supervised levels & visitors,and the implementation of safety policy as directed.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to the project manager.
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.
- Fuel, Food, Accommodation, Medical, Insurance, and Paid Leaves will be provided.
