We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recovery Officer to join our dynamic sales team.

Provide clients with detailed information and briefings on relevant projects.
Understand and assess client requirements to offer solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct strong follow-ups with clients to understand evolving needs and requirements.
Contact clients/tenants with overdue payments, send reminders, negotiate repayment terms.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to their issues.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM.
