You wil be responsible for overseeing a team of telesales representatives, driving sales performance, and ensuring targets are met. Below is a concise job description
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of telesales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Identify and implement ways to streamline telesales operations and boost efficiency.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or sales, with at least 1-2 years in a real estate sector.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum Graduation is required.
