Sales Agent

Konnect Solutions is seeking night sales agents to join our team in Lahore. As a company specializing in marketing and advertising, we are looking for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients during night shifts.

2. Provide information about our services and answer any inquiries from clients.

3. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.

2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections.

3. Self-motivated and able to work independently during night shifts.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
Knowledge of truck dispatch operations and logistics management is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
