Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving retail sales, ensuring smooth dispatch operations, and maintaining strong coordination with 3PL logistics partners to guarantee timely pickups and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize business acquisition from the retail market by building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Ensure all dispatches are completed accurately and on time before the daily cutoff schedule.
Coordinate closely with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers for timely pickups and deliveries.
Monitor shipment performance and resolve any delays or operational issues.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external logistics partners.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales and dispatch performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or dispatch coordination, preferably in retail or logistics.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
