We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our fast-food pizza restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Implement and maintain company policies, health, and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies and ingredients.
  • Ensure all food preparation meets quality standards and brand guidelines.

Customer Service:

  • Uphold excellent customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Manage online orders, deliveries, and dine-in experiences efficiently.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring a motivated and efficient team.
  • Schedule shifts and manage payroll to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary action as needed.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve revenue and cost control.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, reporting, and banking procedures.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Engage with the local community and customers to drive foot traffic.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience is MUST, preferably in fast food or pizza operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
