This includes managing and maintaining systems, networks, and integrations, leading Laravel software development, ensuring the delivery of IT services, and providing strategic leadership to the IT team. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

1. IT Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy to support business objectives.
Oversee IT budgets, resources, and project planning to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

2. Systems, Networks & Integration

Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure.
Manage network operations, including security protocols, cloud services, and data centers.
Oversee the integration of various platforms, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
Implement best practices for system monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization.

3. Laravel Software Development

Lead the Laravel development team to deliver high-quality web applications and solutions.
Establish development standards, coding practices, and version control strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of development projects aligned with business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

4. IT Services Management

Oversee IT service delivery, ensuring high availability. performance, and user satisfaction.
Implement ITIL-based service management frameworks for incident, problem, and change management.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and service providers.

5. Security & Compliance

Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to protect company data and assets.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. including GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

6. Project Management & Continuous Improvement

Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance IT efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
Strong experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience with Laravel framework and PHP development.
Proven experience in team management and IT service delivery.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cybersecurity best practices.
Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL. COBIT, or ISO 27001.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
