We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insightful financial reports to management.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Reconcile bank accounts and prepare journal entries.
- Manage the financial close process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Advise on tax strategies and planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
