We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Developer / Consultant to join our team at Landrace Exports. As an integral part of our company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global footprint and driving business growth through effective market development and strategic consulting.

Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential export markets for our range of local agricultural goods.Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer preferences to identify business opportunities and develop market entry strategies.Evaluate market potential, assess risks, and provide insights to guide decision-making processes.

Business Development:

Identify and engage potential international clients, distributors, and partners to establish mutually beneficial business relationships.Develop and execute business development plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to implement effective strategies and achieve business objectives.

Sales and Negotiations:

Lead sales efforts by presenting our product portfolio, demonstrating value propositions, and negotiating contracts and pricing terms.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Strategic Consulting:

Provide strategic guidance and consulting services to clients and partners, offering insights on market entry strategies, product positioning, and distribution channels.Conduct feasibility studies, develop business plans, and recommend actionable solutions to drive business growth and optimize performance.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine marketing strategies, branding initiatives, and product development plans.

Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and trade organizations.Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build networks, increase visibility, and explore partnership opportunities.Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique needs of clients and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Qualification:

Only those undergraduates who are currently enrolled in their last/second last semester are encouraged to apply. Timing will be flexible for students working in evening shift of university
